Is this really happening?

I've always wondered what it would be like to have the luxury of sitting at home- or anywhere really- and just writing. To write, is to show yourself to the world or your audience.

I'm excited that I was selected to rewrite a memory and make it into a children's story with Scholastic. This is dedicated to my grandma, the true story-teller of the family- my dad comes in second.

This one is for you, Wela. I'll never forget you.
